Well, Helldivers 2 is no longer available for purchase for my region on Steam. Sony straight up delisted the game on all the region that can't make a PSN account. Apparently Steam is approving refund even with longer playtime.
Sony willing to cut off a large part of an active community to make the remaining people have a psn account is kinda astounding to even see. You would think this is some negotiation with a criminal, the way they are treating the customers.

The insider talked about the close anons of Resident Evil 9 - and even named the release date
Insider Dusk Golem, who has repeatedly published true information about the games in the Resident Evil franchise, said that the ninth part will be released in early 2025, most likely in January.
With this in mind, the official announcement of the game should take place "fairly soon". Most likely, at one of the summer game presentations.

"Zorathian Renaissance set" says that it provides a 10% increase to all ARP earned, however it does not apply this 10% to the Twitch Viewing time. This Totals out to a Base of 15 ARP max. I've checked the Control Panel, and also checked the ARP Progress physically counting each point earned. Both show 15 ARP. If all earned ARP is increased by 10% shouldn't I max out at say 16 or 16.5 ARP for viewing a streamer for the full duration? Is there a reason that Twitch ARP is excluded from the set's rules?
